2016/Issues 16-17
features an article called 'The trouble with flare ups' which revisits our experiences of this enduring enigma. Mel also writes about her experience of 'Playing Patient' again with some feedback from Dr Sarah Tansley, Dr Erin Vermaak and Professor Neil McHugh). Readers can also find our 'Top Tips for Brain Fog' and hear about our creative group at "All the Pretty Things'.

2015/Issues 13-15
has a bit of a foodie theme going on where we talk about the trend in 'superfoods' and how it is influencing our diet, plus we have a delicious recipe from special guest 'Cooking with Arthur'.
We tell you about a wonderful visit to Jekka's Herb Garden in Bristol and as well as the reglar updates. there is a creative 'medicine pouch' project to try.
features an interesting article on the Microbiome, and talks about why we, as patients with a voice are more important than ever before.
There are regular group updates, nutrtional bytes, a creative project and a special bonus feature issue about working with PsA.
Issue 13 ..
includes a story of puppy love and how pets could be good for us and a piece on the distractions of arts & crafts. There is a focus on one readers blog and her love of tea, a feature on our new connection with NASS and much more.

Issue 9 ..
features a thought provoking piece by two PsAZZ members who share what it's like to live with PsA - plus one group member tells us about her exciting trip to Toronto as a 'Patient Expert' and there's even an Autumnal recipe!
in this issue we make connections with Thermae Bath Spa and tell the story of King Bladud. One reader tells their story of how they 'played patient' as part of a Rheumatology training program and there's an interesting piece on Mindfulness.

Our first proper 'e-zine' makeover issue! We introduce you to our newest connection "PAPAA" - the charity for Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. Also in this issue there is a summary of our discussion on Flare Ups and one of our group talks about their decision to take Biologics.
