As we welcome the new season, here are some self-care tips to help remind you of a few little ways to self-manage our PsA symptoms:
- Get Outside: Enjoy the warmer weather! Gentle walks in nature can boost your mood and help with joint mobility.
- Stay Hydrated: As temperatures rise, remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and support overall health.
- Gentle Stretching: If you can, incorporate light stretching or yoga into your routine to enhance flexibility and reduce stiffness.
- Mindfulness Practices: Consider trying mindfulness or meditation exercises to help manage stress, which can impact our PsA symptoms.
- Nutrition Boost: Focus on incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet for added vitamins and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Not cures but we need to do what we can to self-support our wellbeing!
